A passion for design, food, colors, music, art. The interplay of all is where I am the most fulfilled. Perpetually seeking the balance between urban and rural living. I am happiest with the “juxtaposition of place,” moving from one polarity (e.g. desert) to another (e.g. city). Happiest when traveling. Growing up in Chicago, my family centered around food. I have a sustained fascination in understanding how identity is forged within culture.
